We keep our dedicated staff small and rigorously trained on running theory and shoe technology--so you get help from people who run and know what they're talking about. Because we've been around for so long and run, we have great relationships with brands that allow us to pick and choose exactly what we think fits the needs of our customer base while following the trends that work.
