Structured Running For Each Distance

Join our training program to reach your 5k, half, or full-marathon goals! We've helped thousands achieve their goals and we'd love to help you too. Affordable training programs begin in July and December, but you can start training at any point in the schedule.

Daily Training Programs

Half and Full Marathon Training Group - Details

COST: $35 through 7/21, then $40 (event registration fee not included).
TRAINING DAYS: Monday & Thursday evenings at 5:30pm. Saturday morning (long runs), time varies but will be announced in advance.   
Summer/Fall Sessions: Training for Tulsa Run 15k and Route 66 Half or Full Marathon.
Winter/Spring Session: Training for OKC Memorial Half or Full Marathon.

- Custom, technical training shirt.
- Variety of long run pace groups from walkers to sub-9 pace.
- Experienced Run Leaders / support and motivation to keep you going strong.
- Planned and supported Saturday long run with water & Gatorade on route.

Weekly Group Runs (Free)

Looking for running or walking buddies? Join us on weekday evenings or mornings, grab a workout and enjoy popcorn and chit-chat afterward. It's a great way to meet people and find extra motivation to consistently get out on the road. With walkers and runners of all ages and paces, you're sure to fit right in.

Thursday: 5:30 P.M. (road) - at RunnersWorld Tulsa
