They say keep your friends close and your race competitors closer... Join us for a fun few miles (typically 2-8) at almost every pace level: walking, walking/running intervals, 11ish, 10ish, and sub 9ish.

About the event
Group Runs are the heartbeat of our running community! You can always find someone to run with on Monday or Thursday at 5:30pm. We have pace groups to suit everyone from dedicated walkers to BQ speedsters. We also get different shoe brands out here to let you test their products on the run. And there's food, too. Always food. Running, food, and friends. What more could you want?
Common distances:
- Walkers and walk/run interval-ers: 2-4 miles
- Runners: 4-8 miles

- Warm up led my certified personal trainer

- Post-run, 30-minute strength and stretch class for $5
