Let's mix in some speed work with our group half and full marathon training! Follow along with our speed work program! This guided program will help you develop more speed safely. It's designed to be done at the store Group Run on Thursdays, but you can do the workouts whenever--though we recommend NOT doing speed work on the day before or after another workout or long run!
