⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
"Great store, great staff, great local shopping for runners. Their training offered spring and fall is worth every penny of its menial cost if you want a great group to help you train for you first or 101st marathon or half marathon. They help you find the right gear for your goals and your skill level. No better place in Tulsa to buy running gear!"

"Went in to pick up my packet and met some amazing people. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name that got me in contact with a fellow runner with the same injury I'm dealing with but I'm thankful. Everyone in the store was helpful and friendly. I will definitely go here for my future fitness needs."

You Have Questions? We Have Answers:
I'm not really a 'runner' and nervous about showing up and not knowing what to do.
Relax, you'll fit right in. Ask for a run leader and let them know it's your first time. We'll help you find a buddy to show you the ropes, make introductions, and find others running at paces comfortable for you. We have walkers, run/walkers, joggers all the way up to marathoners, and Boston qualifiers. If you are already an experienced runner, you will find yourself training with a group that has the same goals and ambitions as you--so you can pass the miles talking with each other.
WHAT if I can't run as fast or far as others?
We have walkers, run/walkers, joggers, and runners of all experience levels, speeds, expectations, and motivations. And we all know that finding your 'tribe' is the best way to stay motivated and put down the miles.
WHAT if I can't make every training session?
No problem. Come when you can. We're happy to see ya!
What can Runners World Tulsa offer that I can't get on my own?
You'll find support, sharing, run buddies, social networking, common goals and interests, someone to talk with on those long runs, wisdom from experienced runners, or an opportunity to mentor new runners. We try to have fun and be encouraging. And, we're all runners just like you with the added benefit of years of experience and a wide breadth of tools to help you reach your fitness goals.
I don't know the first thing about running. Can you help?
Absolutely! You are always welcome to ask about these important topics. In addition, we offer in-person clinics regularly from our staff and local experts from nutritionists, physical therapists and more.
What should I do if something starts to hurt?
Our first priority is your safety through training. Recognizing an injury (or potential injury) is important and can be the difference of finishing your goal race. Often, resting or strengthening is all that is needed to get you healed and able to continue training but it's always best to get professional advice so that you can avoid aggravating the issue and make sure you properly recover.
