Let's mix in some speed work! Follow along with our 9-week speed work program to PR your Day-Ohn-Day 5k or 10k! This guided program will help you develop more speed safely. It's designed to be done at the store Group Run on Thursdays, but you can do the workouts whenever--though we recommend NOT doing speed work on the day before or after another workout or long run! Week 1: Benchmark Weeks 2-7: Workouts Weeks 8 and 9: Taper
