Tulsa Run 15k Program

Join our Half or Full Marathon 19-week training program that has helped 1000's of runners and walkers reach their marathon or half marathon goals. This training session race goal will be the 2018 Route 66 Half and Full Marathon in November, you do not have to do the Route 66 Half or Full Marathon to train with us.

We will also have our Tulsa Run 15k Training in conjunction with the Half Marathon Training Program. This will be a 15 week training program leading up to the Tulsa Run 15k.

Orientation/Informational Meeting: Monday July 2 at 6:30pm Or Tuesday July 10 at 5:30pm

First Training Run: Saturday July 14th
Cost: $35 until 7/14
Training Schedule:Monday and Thursday Nights at 5:30pm, Saturday Mornings time and location varies (Saturday's are our long mileage days)

Registration Includes:

Couch To 5k Training

Are you a beginner runner? Have you been walking and ready to start running or just need some motivation to start running again... Come join our Couch to 5K Program starting July 23 2018 to train for the Tulsa Run 5k! We want to help the community to be active and healthy! Our Couch to 5k program is a great way to have fun and be active. You can train to walk, run, or do intervals run/walk to meet your goals.

We will train Monday and Thursday evenings from RunnersWorld Tulsa and Saturday mornings we will move around.

Start Date: First Training Group will be on Monday July 23, but you can start anytime after 7/23 too. Register online
or stop by the store to register!

Training Walk/Runs: Monday and Thursday 5:30pm and Saturday mornings we move to different locations to break up the monotony.

Goal Race:Tulsa Run 5k

Cost: $40 this does not include the registration for Tulsa Run 5k

    Sunday: (optional) 7:30 A.M. (trail) - at Turkey Mountain - times can vary depending on time of year
