| Event Information: | USAT Sanctioned event 500yd.pool swim in a 25 yard pool(snake swim) 13 mile out & back bike, some sharp turns, flat and fast. Takes you halfway around Lake Hefner and back 5 km out & back run, some turns and normal neighborhood hills. Packet Pickup is on Saturday Aug 1 from 3-6pm at the Lighthouse Fitness Center, the race site. You are responsible for knowing the information and the USAT rules that is provided in your packet. Race director WILL NOT interfere with USAT race officials rulings. |
